These terms govern your access to and use of the website at beauthentic.co.nz and related online content operated by Authentic Security New Zealand (“we”, “us”, “Authentic NZ”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Separate contractual terms apply to any commercial services we provide; those engagements are not governed solely by this page.

1. New Zealand law and consumers

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are acquiring services from us as a “consumer” under New Zealand law, those statutory protections may apply in addition to any service-specific agreement.

The site describes Authentic NZ’s vault, cash logistics, and reconciliation capabilities in general terms. Content is provided for information only and does not constitute security, legal, financial, or operational advice. You should obtain professional advice tailored to your situation before relying on any information here. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the site (except liability that cannot be excluded, such as under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies) is limited to NZD $100 or the amount you paid us for access to the site in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
